The Vokey Design SM11 is Titleist's latest generation of Spin Milled wedges, featuring the all-new Vokey Spin System — a network of three technologies engineered to deliver the right amount of spin from any lie. Available in 27 unique loft-grind configurations across six tour-proven grinds.

Key Features

  • Consistent CG Across All Grinds

Vokey engineers centralized the center of gravity so it is identical across all grinds at a given loft. This means switching from an S grind to an M grind in your 56-degree keeps flight and feel consistent — a huge fitting advantage over previous generations.

  • 5% More Groove Volume + Directional Face Texture

New Spin Milled grooves have 5% more internal volume than SM10 to channel grass, sand, and moisture away. A new directional face texture angled toward the leading edge increases friction for more reliable spin, especially on partial shots and wet lies.

  • Double the Groove Durability

A high-frequency heat treatment hardens groove edges to last roughly twice as long as SM10 before spin degrades. For players who practice heavily or play 3-4 rounds per week, this extends the useful life significantly.

  • 27 Configurations, Same Feel Everywhere

Six tour-proven grinds (F, S, M, D, K, T) across 12 lofts give 27 unique setups. The progressive CG design ensures lower lofts (46-52) launch with controlled trajectory blending into irons, while higher lofts (54-60) produce slightly lower, spinnier flights for stopping power.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Sensational feel off the face — soft with full control over spin
  • Consistent CG across all grinds eliminates a variable during fitting
  • 5% more groove volume channels debris for more reliable spin in all conditions
  • High-frequency heat treatment doubles groove durability vs. SM10
  • 27 unique loft/grind configurations cover every swing type and course condition

Cons

  • Improvements over SM10 are evolutionary, not revolutionary — upgrading from SM10 may not feel dramatic
  • Premium pricing at $199 (steel) / $229 (raw) per wedge
  • No radical design changes — cynics will say it is an SM10 with new makeup

Are they really worth the upgrade? The refined aesthetics and improved CG consistency make this the most premium wedge system ever, though gains over SM10 are subtle rather than seismic.
