The Phantom 11R OC is Scotty Cameron's first low-torque putter, built on the high-MOI Phantom 11 mallet platform with softer, rounded corners (the "R"). OC stands for Onset Center: the straight shaft enters behind the leading edge and in line with the head's center of gravity, so the face resists twisting open or closed through the stroke and toe flow is near zero.

The milled head pairs a 303 stainless steel face and body with a 6061 aluminum sole and flange, finished in silver and black, with chain-link face milling and no insert. It plays at 3.5 degrees of loft with 1 degree of built-in forward shaft lean and a 70 degree lie, in 33, 34 and 35 inch lengths for right- and left-handed players. Every model ships with a custom black KBS x Scotty Cameron shaft and an 11-inch mid-size Matador grip in black with red and gray accents. A limited black Spec III edition followed in September 2026.
