Minami Katsu

Minami Katsu is a Japanese professional golfer who became the youngest winner in LPGA of Japan Tour history when she took the 2014 KKT Cup Vantelin Ladies Open as a 15-year-old amateur. She has eight JLPGA Tour wins in total, including back-to-back Japan Women’s Open titles — a JLPGA major — in 2021 and 2022. Katsu earned her LPGA Tour card for the 2023 season through Q-School and now plays both tours; her best major result is a T2 at the 2025 Women’s British Open. She also lost a five-hole playoff to Atthaya Thitikul at the 2025 Buick LPGA Shanghai and finished third at the 2026 Ford Championship.
