A Wake Forest alum on the Arnold Palmer scholarship, he played on the victorious 2007 Walker Cup team before earning his card at 2008 Q-School. Webb Simpson uses a Titleist GT3 Driver (9°). The driver is typically chosen for its combination of distance, forgiveness, and workability to suit the player's swing.

Webb Simpson uses a Odyssey Toulon Garage Putter. Putter choice is highly personal among tour professionals, often staying with the same model for years.

Webb Simpson plays the Titleist Pro V1. Tour players typically choose balls that match their swing speed and provide the spin characteristics they need around the greens.

Webb Simpson uses Titleist T100 Irons. Iron selection on tour varies between players who prefer blades for workability and those who choose cavity backs for added forgiveness.

Webb Simpson plays a Fujikura Ventus TR Blue 6 X in the driver and True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100 in the irons.

Webb Simpson uses Golf Pride Tour Velvet grips on the full-swing clubs and a SuperStroke grip on the putter.

As of May 2026, Webb Simpson's bag includes a Titleist GT3 Driver (9°), Odyssey Toulon Garage Putter putter, and Titleist Pro V1. Professional golfers typically update their equipment throughout the season based on performance and new releases.
